How Do We Do It?

We assign your company an account manager that you will work with exclusively. That account manager has an entire team of people working for them to accomplish all of your goals and meet your expectations. Before you and your account manager start working together, you will go through a checklist, scope of work, and your agreement to make sure both of you have set proper expectations. You will know exactly what you are getting from us each month.
The Profit Matters team will set up a communication tool called Teamwork. This allows you to have one point of contact in one place, eliminating the need for your company to use multiple technology platforms. Through Teamwork, you can securely upload your documents to folders, send messages, make requests, and chat. Each month, we will gather the necessary information to complete your work on Teamwork. If we are missing anything or have additional questions, our team will make a request. We are happy to assist in any way we can. You will receive reports by the 10th business day of each month so that you know our work is done.
In the interim, feel free to ask our team for additional help, reports, budgets, etc. at an hourly rate. You can add à la carte services to your monthly subscription.
